NorthStar Express, a dynamic third party logistics company that specializes in tradeshow and convention shipping, is currently looking for entry level Customer Care Associates to add to the growing team in our Falls Church, VA headquarters.  NorthStar Express has a need for high energy organized individuals that have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, solid communications skills, a sense of humor, and a desire to pursue a successful career.

Primary Job Responsibilities include:

• Working with new and established customer accounts on the telephone
• Maintaining customer relationships and expectations
• Working closely with the Sales Team and Account Management team to maintain a consistent customer experience

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A desire to build and nurture customer relationships
• Enjoy customer interaction and attention to detail
• Have a customer service attitude
• Possess strong oral communication and organizational skills
• Experience with computer and/or database skills
• Hold a Bachelors Degree
