How
to ShipDomestic Shipments
Domestic Shipments are as easy as 1, 2, 3 with NorthStar.
*Prior to shipping you must open
an account.
- Complete a Schedule a Pick-up form and submit online.
- Complete a NorthStar Bill of Lading (BOL) and submit
online or fax a copy of the completed Bill of Lading (BOL) to 703-532-0523.
- A NorthStar representative will confirm your shipment
upon receipt of your forms.
- Please attach the original Bill of Lading (BOL)
to the largest piece.

Forms or by calling 1-800-787-1800. Instructions for completing the forms
are included or a NorthStar representative will be happy to assist you.
Additional requirements:
- Include advance warehouse cut-off time and dates
and show-site move-in times and dates.
- Include exact dimensions per piece.
- Include emergency contact information such as cell
phone or pager numbers.
- Pack and label your shipment carefully. Each piece
should have one label with the destination address, show name and booth
number. Indicate pieces by numbering 1 of 10, 2 of 10 etc.
- If shrink-wrapped or palletized, place a label
on each piece as well as outside on the shrink-wrap.
Shipping Instructions from Show-Site
If you have not scheduled your outbound shipment(s), please
contact NorthStar one business day prior to move-out. Your NorthStar representative
can be reached at 800-787-1800 or you may visit our web site at www.northstarexpress.com and enter your order into Web Trak
Remove all old labels and re-label each piece with the outbound
destination address. Be sure that all pieces are securely closed and in
good condition.
In addition to the NorthStar Bill of Lading you must complete
the show decorator's official Material Handling Agreement. Indicate on
this MHA form that NorthStar Express will be the outbound carrier.
Once your shipment has been packed, labeled and counted,
the completed Material Handling Agreement and the NorthStar Bill of Lading
must be turned in at the show decorator's service desk. Please do not
leave the forms on top of your materials!
