Shipping can be a challenging experience. By following a
few basic steps your risk can be minimized:
- Call us if you require assistance 1-800-787-1800

- Always label and number each piece whether it is
shipping as an individual piece or consolidated on a pallet.
- Contingency Planning. If you attend back-to-back
shows requiring the same materials, have an alternate plan should there
be a delay caused by weather, show-site slowdowns or a catastrophe.
- Pack your materials with care. Monitors and fragile
equipment should be packed in specially made containers. Graphics should
be wrapped and shipped in rigid material.
- Provide accurate dimensions on all material. Oversized
material may be delayed unless NorthStar is notified prior to pick-up.
- Provide accurate contact information. Include name,
telephone number and extension or cell number. If your material is
going to a show, provide a contact and phone number at the show-site
in case there is a delay.
- Make certain your shipment is properly covered
by your business property insurance while in transit or at show-site.

- Type the information on your international documents.
- Provide an accurate piece count.
- Provide accurate times and dates for move-in and
move-out.
