Shipping to your event
There are typically two delivery locations when shipping to a show.
Advanced Warehouse
Or
Show site ( Hotel, Convention Center, or meeting facility)The Advanced Warehouse is generally open 30 days prior to the exhibit hall opening. Show booth materials can generally be delivered to the advanced warehouse up to 4 days prior to the exhibit hall opening without a penalty.
All advanced warehouse materials will generally be moved from the advanced warehouse to the exhibit hall by the show decorator one day prior to the exhibit hall set up day.Show Site deliveries are made directly to the exhibit hall and are limited to certain time frames and dates. Delivery trucks will generally be directed to a marshalling yard to wait their turn to deliver your exhibit material to the exhibit hall.
Returning from your event
There is typically one location to pick up your materials when shipping from a show internationally.
Show site. Materials are generally picked up directly from the exhibit hall. Drivers are directed to a marshalling yard to await their turn to pick up your material. The dates and times for pick up are very restricted.
