Additional Services you may require

| Inside pickup or delivery | The freight has to come out of, or go into, the building itself — not just sit at the door |
| Liftgate | There’s no dock, so the truck’s lift gate lowers down to offload the pallets |
| Special pickup — timed window | You need the truck there in a set hour, not “sometime Tuesday” |
| Special delivery — timed window | The venue or the dock will only accept freight inside a set hour |
| Extra crew | One person can’t safely move it. Scheduled in advance, never assumed |
| Pallet jack | Pallets need moving when there’s no forklift on site |
| Weekend, holiday or after-hours | The show’s schedule doesn’t fit business hours |
| Waiting time | The venue isn’t ready when the driver arrives |
| Special venues | Hotels, convention centers, hospitals, military bases, campuses and homes each have their own access rules |
| Certificate of insurance | The building won’t let a driver in without one |
| Palletize and plastic wrap | Loose boxes travel badly. We build the skid and wrap it before it moves |
| Professional Crating | Anything fragile enough that a box won’t protect it |
| Unpacking and debris removal | You want it ready to use, and the packaging gone |
| Storage | Between shows, or all year round |
