Who We Serve — Corporate Meeting Planners

You run your company’s meetings. Shipping came with the job.

The annual meeting, the training sessions, the regional educational meetings. Whatever your title, getting the materials there is part of the job.

Three questions, answered before you ask

Schedule

Will it arrive on schedule?

We work back from your event’s deadlines, not ours, and share with you what has to happen and when — before any of it is urgent.

Accountability

Will it arrive at all?

One coach owns your shipment start to finish. You always know who to call, and they already know your event.

Condition

Will it arrive in one piece?

Everything is palletized and plastic-wrapped on our end. Before that, your coach walks you through packing — proper cases rather than re-used boxes, lighter cartons labelled to ride on top, fragile pieces professionally crated.

It isn’t just one event — it’s a calendar full of events

The annual meeting gets planned. The rest get left behind.

Ownership

Recurring events nobody owns

The annual meeting has a budget and a countdown. The regional sessions just keep arriving, and the shipping gets arranged in the last week every time.

Venue

Not a trade show, still complicated

Hotels and conference centers, not exhibit halls. No decorator to hand it to, so the venue coordination lands on you.

Materials

The same materials, over and over

Banners, workbooks, giveaways, AV kit. The sensible question is whether they should come back to the office at all between sessions.

Time

Rarely anyone’s entire job

It lurks in the corner of a marketing, admin or operations role — which is exactly why it gets left behind.

Frequently asked questions

One large meeting and ten smaller training events — one arrangement or many?

Still multiple arrangements, but you will only have to provide us the information one time, and you will have the same coach throughout.

Can different departments ship under the same account?

Yes. Marketing, admin and operations can all ship under one account, with one coach who knows every event on the calendar.

Can we store materials between sessions?

Yes. Short and long-term storage keeps banners, workbooks and AV kit out of the office, and your coach ships them straight to the next venue.

Our venue isn’t a convention center. Does that change anything?

Hotels and conference centers usually have no decorator to receive freight, so your coach confirms delivery details with you in advance and arranges a liftgate, inside delivery or a timed window if it’s needed.
